I built my own computer case based on my DELL dimension 8100 for size. My only issue is the only part I can use is the front bezel. I will need to make my own cage to be able to use 2 optical drives and one floppy only to avoid error messages. I will use the large opening in the bezel. The issue is how to mount the 3.5 floppy in the 5.5 cd drive opening. Is there some kind of adapter tray for this purpose? Would you suggest I fabricate the cage in a stacking manner using the center line as a reference? Mounting tabs for front mounting? Maybe top support as well? 3 single cages? 2 cages so the cages can be moved left and right to align with the opening? Are there cages available for both cd/hdd and floppy? Any help welcome. Please move as needed.
