I want to build my first computer (have modified before, but never built from scratch).

What I want to use it for: media, audio library, video library, photo library, blu-ray playing, surfing net/downloading, a little MS office, (little/no gaming).

    Components I want:
    1. A cool looking, quiet case. Would prefer to be able to lay on it's side, but the other two requirements are more important (Like the looks of this Antec Micro Case)

    2. HDMI - 1080p out (or more for future displays)audio out via hdmi would be nice, but not required

    3. optical audio out, a coaxial option would be nice too.

    4. Blu-ray player (no burner necessary)

    5. Wired ethernet card (wireless also would be nice).

    6. Windows 7 compatible (open to 64, or 32 bit, based on your recommendation.

Please help a newbie build the Home Theatre PC of my dreams (or show me a prefab that meets these requirements).
