I'm not that tech savvy, but I know how to take out and replace computer components and things like that.

I need help deciding what new graphics card to get, I have a dell optiplex gx260.

I think I have a 180w psu and I have an agp slot (not sure whether its 4x or 8x) and a pci slot (as well as another weird looking pci slot that has something attatched to it that gives me 2 more regular pci slots)

My full system specs can be found here

Mines is the small desktop computer one.

okay im pretty sure I have agp 4x...

I want a 512 mb video card but I think my comp wont be able to handle it.
I was looking at this specifically but if my comp cant handle it I think ill settle with this according to the reviews it only requires 70 watts.

You do have a 4x AGP slot, but 4x slots can be used with 8x cards thankfully. Reduced performance would result, but the rest of the system is too weak to cope with a normal graphics card anyway.
What is the upgrade for? If you want to play modern games, you will haver to forget it, as the entire system will have to be replaced.

Which game? Some MMORPGs can be quite demanding.

ummm... well flyff can be quite laggy sometimes, and fiesta, things like that.

I know perfect world is very demanding, I had the absolute lowest graphical settings possible, and i still teleported worse than any other game ive ever played. but I dont really wanna play that game anyway

Flyff and Fiesta will run ok on your current CPU if you stick in any reasonable AGP card. Tricky part is, your system is low-profile so graphics cards for it will be quite hard to find. AGP low profile cards are no longer made so you will need to find one off ebay.

Well, something like an HD4450/4550 from ATI, maybe an 8500/9400 series from nvidia, if you can find any in low profile AGP form.
