Hey, I've been thinking of upgrading my CPU for my PC and I've started wondering that is my PSU enough for it. The CPU I'm thinking of buying is "AMD Phenom II X4 955BE Rev. C3, AM2+/AM3, 3.2GHz, 8MB, BOX".

    Here are my current specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620 2,6 GHz with CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 cooler (92mm cooler)
    RAM: 2GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x)
GPU: HIS Radeon 5770 with a Accelero L2 Pro cooler (stock clocked, 92mm cooler)
    HDD: Samsung 1TB SpinPoint 7200RPM
    MB: Asus M4A77TD
    PSU: Antec Earthwatts 500W
    External stuff: Lacie 1TB HDD
    Case coolers: 1x 120mm
    Other stuff: 1x DVD-RW drive

Is the 500W still fine or do I need to upgrade?

The PSU is fine. Make sure the board can support the CPU though.
I assume you're upgrading for good reason and not just because you feel like it :p
