Antec P180B Aluminum Case (maybe irrelevant?)
    INTEL Core 2 Duo E6600, Socket 775
    Corsair 4x 1024MB RAM (4GB)
    WDC 250GB 7200RPM SATA-II 16MB CACHE
    1.44MB Floppy Drive
    ATI Radeon X1900XT 512MB
    Enermax ELT500AWT Liberty 500W
    LG GSA-H22LB DVD-RW

This is my first time trying to find a motherboard so I don't know what to look for and don't want to be left without something fitting.

Also I previously had a ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi Motherboard (Socket 775) but it died on me while updating the bios =(

Please let me know if you need more info to help me.
Also preferably something which can be found here: http://pccanada.com/inventory.asp?cat=MOTHERBOARDS

I heard Gigabyte is a good brand?

    Gigabyte makes a good product...

The GIGABYTE GA-EP43-UD3L would be a good choice (and it's got DualBios). It has fewer features, but will support everything you listed. If you need the wifi, you can always get a PCI or PCIe or USB wifi adapter.
