Use 64-bit. With a 32-bit OS you will be limited to a maximum of 4GB of total system memory, which includes both RAM and video memory. If you have a 512MB Graphics card, you would be limited to 3.5GB of RAM usable in 32-bit. A 1GB Graphics card and it would only be 3GB.
