Radeon HD 4670 recomended cpu and board?

    ,,im after a cpu and motherboard for my Radeon 1GB HD4670 Agp card

    the card is able to play 1080p no problem, but not sure what cpu setup to get
    any help cheers, board has to be agp, bit of a pain.. price range around £150

    an amd athlonII x4 and a biostar mobo would be the best deal for your budget
    downside you will need ddr3 ram

    Nice and specific....
    More helpfully (Oh, and you can't buy an Athlon II X4 with a board and RAM on that budget even if you could buy AGP board, which you can't) - you need to track down an old board off of ebay, since AGP boards aren't produced any more.
    Your best bet is to keep your old system and replace the AGP HD4670 with a PCI express card once you can afford to do so.
