Currently have a 800gb Freecom datatank

Have been searching all over the net for a couple of weeks in the hope that someone had opened the datatank and replaced the drives with higher capacity ( I like the sound and £ of samsung f2 eco drives 1.5tb at aria)

Someone must have already done this?? Can anyone shed any light on this at all, or point me in the direction of drives suitable to replace??

This will be doable assuming the drives are separate. If they are used in RAID within the box (this is not uncommon) I am unsure whether you will have the ability to change the drives, as a new array will have to be created.
