Okay I had a 4870 with my UD3P motherboard and a q9550 @4Ghz, but when my 4870 died and restarted my computer I just replaced the card. Later on I realize I was back a t 2.83Ghz so I tried to re-OC it, and my bios is aking for a password.. ???... How can I completely reset it? Q-flash esc key(reset) still asks for the password.

There is a BIOS reset jumper pin somewhere on your motherboard, refer to the manual or google the model of your mb + "BIOS reset jumper"
