What do you think of the AKASA Vortexx Neo?

I am thiking of upgrading the stock fan from my Ati Radeon X1950 pro to the AKASA Vortexx Neo because the old stock fan makes this terribly loud noise and the card seems very hot. What do you guys think of this fan?

It's alright. Nothing special. I'd probably say take a Thermalright HR-03 over the Akasa.
