CPU: 8/10 - depending on what you use the system for. If it's a gaming system first and foremost, then you will be much better off with a Core i5 760. The use of this CPU requires a change in motherboard, as they use different sockets.
RAM: 5/10 - there's absolutely no need for 2000mhz memory, go with 1600mhz instead, it's much cheaper. If you're using the i5 760, you will want to switch to 2 sticks not 3, as they run in pairs, not in sets of 3 like with the i7 950. I'd recommend using 2x4GB instead of 2x2GB, as it's good value.
Case: 8/10 - Nice case, but horrifically overpriced. Here in the UK that case is less than half that price.
PSU: 0/10 - Terrible choice, will likely destroy your system as economy PSUs are not safety-tested. You need to buy a proper PSU for a gaming PC, I'd recommend a Corsair TX 650W, or an equivalent from Seasonic, Antec (not the Basiq series), Zalman, and so on.
Let us know what brands this store has on offer.
Also, which country are you in? We might be able to find somewhere that's better value
HDDs: 6/10 - great drives, but way over the top. You could buy one 1TB Caviar Black, and then get a 2TB Caviar green, and end up spending less. You don't need ALL of your storage to be fast. That's also ridiculously overpriced, well over twice what they cost in the UK.
Graphics card: 7/10 - Better, and not so overpriced, but the Radeon HD6850 is a better card, and usually costs less.
Sound card: 8/10 - fine, but do you need it?
