I have a jailbroken iPhone 3GS. I want to restore it to its factory settings. I have connected to iTunes but I keep getting error message 1115. I do i restore this iphone? I no longer want it to be jailbroken. I dont mind losing all the data. I just want it to be back to normal. Thanks for your help

I too am getting the same error 1015, I've tried to restore using 4.2.1 ipsw and now am stuck in Recovery Mode. I tried to put the iPhone in DFU mode but cannot do that too. Every time I try the DFU procedure (Home + Sleep), iphone screen goes blank as it should go in DFU but reboots showing apple logo, into Recovery mode(itunes logo and usb cable ) instead.

@judapetro : I'll recommend u trying a software called "iREB (iREB-4.0.x-4.1-RC2)". It didnt work for me but might work for u. Connect ur iPhone to a PC, Open iREB click on the Recovery Mode Loop Fixer tab and click Set Auto-Boot True Button. It should boot ur iPhone.
