Iphone 4 Bluetooth

    So I have been able to link my iPhone 4 to my laptop via bluetooth but all I can do is listen to music or listen to movies that are playing on my iPhone through my computer speakers.

    What can I do to be able to transfer files like music, pictures, etc over wifi without having to connect it to my computer with the cord?

    Also would like to be able to bluetooth files to my friends phones.
