hi guys i am currently trying to jailbreak my Iphone 3G whats on 3.1.3 and i am following this video And every time it says waiting for reboot on my PC nothing happenes. I then hit cancel and hold bpth buttons so it reboots. Can anyone help me?

Hi adamiix How many times did you try b4 u managed to do it? I have the ipod touch 3.1.3 but haven't been able to do it yet!! Managed it when it was 3.1.2
it took 7 tries for it to display the white screen. There again mine was iphone 3G so it may be different
what was the procedure u used for yours...i'm desperate enough to try anything....it's like reverting back to potatoes after tasting caviar!!
Some ppl say they have downgraded from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 but still don't explain how. Is there a way to just fully erase the logic board and reinstall the os on the phone just like on a pc?
3G can be jailbroken on 3.1.3., but cannot. 3GS must be downgraded and if you don't have your SHSH backed up on Cydia you are SOL for now. I downgraded my 3GS and jailbroke. It's not a simple process. If you need to and can downgrade check out the link below. You probably should check all the comments too. 3.1.3 can be jailbroken using redsn0w-win0.9.3 I used it and it works perfectly. 1-Download redsn0w-win_0.9.3 2-Download iphone 3.1.2 3-Start redsnow, select browse then select the iphone 3.1.2 then next 4-Make sure your iphone is connected to the computer and powered off. 5-Follow the instructions for entering DFU mode. 6-Use these instructions at your own risk.
