i jailbroke my phone with cydia to unlock it bacause i was going from a vodafone contract to an o2 contract, i hadnt updated my iphone or itunes in a year or so (dont know if that matters). vodafone sent codes to my itunes in order to unlock but every time i restore and update i am informed there are errors ie: 3194 & 11, i am lost, ive tried all sorts of things. can anyone help? please?
Try restoring without updating and erase all content aswell. then set up iphone as of it were new and then you should be able to connect to itunes and update. heres the steps To Restore iPhone using the latest version of iTunes. • Connect iPhone. • When it appears in the Source list, click on Restore in the Summary tab. To Erase All Content and Settings: • On iPhone, Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings Note: This will delete all media and data. All settings will be reset as well.
