Can anyone help me with GPRS

I bought a phone which is like the apple 3G iphone but its the chineese version,can any one tell me how i can connect to the internet with gprs,I phoned my telephone supplier 02 and they say my sim is activated for GPRS,but they dont have the settings for my phone?

how was that rude? he's 100% right, this is an iphone forum so why would you think people will know about fake iphones?
