Syncing after,replacing bad hard drive

    I recently had to replace my bad hard drive.After reinstalling iTunes,i plugged my iPhone in and i wanted to sync. It gives me this message after deleting everything on my phone. I never made a back up of all my apps,songs,pics,etc. Will i lose everything?
