    that is a weird request and sale
    what is stopping 1 from giving the code over, then getting the other keep a copy of the first and spend both

    you still dont get what i mean,
    what would stop me/anybody from taking advantage of you once you give the code over!!
    now i am not saying that i would do that myself but there are people that will.
