    I just bought a Chinese phone the Star N8000 and would love to root it. Thing is its a pain in my arse Ive tried some ways already but no avail. Anyone help me?

    Hey. I have this phone, the chinese N8000, and I want to root it so that I can uninstall the preloaded apps but I'm terrified that I'll destroy the phone ... can someone help me?
    PS ... I need the "layman's terms" detailed instructions. I'm not great at system technicalities. PLEASE help?!?!?
