Sumvision Cyclone micro media player video and audio problem

I've recently purchased the above media player and everything is working fine but for one thing. On some of the AVI files i try and play i get a message at the top of the screen saying either ' Unsupported video ' or ' Unsupported audio ' ? These AVI files seem to be exactly the same video and audio specifications as the rest that play perfectly fine on the player. If anyone has any info on this problem then please could you help ?

its a common problem with these players, some wont play, some stop half way, its a budget player, its the way the AVI is encoded, the micro cant handle some of them
