This is my first try with this software.
I am trying to convert an AVI file to DVD and burn a disc.
I encountered the audio source issue and solved by relocating files to another folder.
Thanks for the sticky on that.

Now, the snapshot tool doesn't seem to work.
The video opens in a separate window, with the snapshot tool window running alongside it.
No way to capture an image.

I searched and searched the forum threads, but do not find anything helpful, except this:
