Convert to MJPEG .avi

Hi
Im trying to convert to the above format to transfer a vtech innotab. It says it needs to be:
File Type AVI
Video Encoder MJPEG
Display size 480 x 272
Frame rate 15 fps
Bit rate 2400kbps
Audio Encoder PCM
Audio Channel Mono
Sampling Rate 22.05kHz
The video ive got is .avi ive used Avidemux to convert video to m-jpeg format avi but it wont let me transfer???
Anyone got any ideas?
