Hi, I am trying to author a DVD from Mp2 files that are 16x9 aspect, 640 x 352 resolution, & 23.98 fps, any attempts to change the resolution or fps result in degraded video quality so I'm after a DVD authoring program that will allow me to keep those parameters, thanks
