but you can go to your system settings then storage devices thenyour hardrive then games and apps or just games depending on your dashboard then scroll down to batman and delete everything in there except your game saves

also try to clear system cache system settings storage devices and press y while highlighted on your hdd and choose clear cache

also what do you mean it gets to 2% are you trying to install game content or the game itself?
