Connecting Xbox via sharing on Linksys E1200

I've recently moved into a new place, and brought in Comcast 20mb internet on the Arris cm820 Docsis3. I have the PC connected to the net via wireless N with a Linksys E1200 v2. I've run an ethernet cable from the PC to my Xbox360 and activated sharing in Windows 7. My xbox won't aquire an IP address....help?
