Easy wizard backup scam

Hi.
I have just tried The Easy Wizard Backup program on windows xp.
with a LG DVD readernumber (LG-8164B)also known as LG(GDR-8082N) (The one everybody recommends.)and it doesn't work.
I eventually found a software program that does work (Rawdump 2.0) thanks to someone
on Youtube demonstrating it.
I have tested this program myself with the (LG GDR-8082N) DVD rom reader and this does work and is free.
So save your money.
Don't buy the Easy Wizard program.
You have been warned!!
I have written to these people and they don't reply...
So there goes some hard earned cash....
But you live and learn.
