Either you had a bad reflow, inexperienced tech, or you need a reball. On all ylod's I repair, I remove the IHS off the gpu and cpu because there is thermal paste under it also. You would get the best results using a bottom preheater for 80% of heat and use a heatgun or rework station for the 20% top heat
