actually there's a "Developer Preview" out for windows 8 go ahead and burn a copy and check it out if you want here. its for developers as stated so I'm not sure exactly whats gana be different.

yeah I actually got it weeks ago. Just a boring changed version of windows 7, nothing so great that I can see. Wow I have tiles LOL

Windows 8 have lot of new features which will be more faster and must have lot of advantages than previous version of windows... Lets wait for it...

roll on windows 9, 8 is like a phone os (have only had a three day look at it) then had to put win 7 back on so as to use it lol. i'm old i want it all to stay the same. why can't they just fix the one we have instead of keep putting out more half finished very expensive o/s's and touch screens are pretty expensive still

that remote access is probably only possible if the other computers have win8 aswell right? ah I found a link to a consumer preview of windows 8 if anyone wants to try it out.

Installed it on my laptop, not impressed with it. Definitely better off with Win 7.

Start8, ViStart, Classic Shell, and many other programs still let you get the start menu because unlike the older hacks, they install a new one instead of trying to reuse MS's one (the hacks don't work anymore because MS removed their's).
