Fre:ac flac ripping prob

Just started to use fre:ac,the free audio converter, and I think it's a great little app, something I don't mind paying for,
Just tried ripping my first music cd to hdd in FLAC as a backup, started ripping to FLAC ok, but when it finished the last track, it just started overwriting the first again,
Can anyone tell me how to stop it after a rip?
Any help would be great thanks
