Hey
My sister had her wedding on the weekend which I recorded on my video camera but the ceremony was at the beach so it was very windy. I've read in over forums about the same thing that I need to use a high-pass filter or something but i'm not quite sure what that is. So if someone would be able to give me a program that I should get or a link to somewhere else that would be able to help that would be very much appreciated. I have extracted the audio from the video if that might help.
Thanks

Filters are for static and hiss. Two different routine was needed to be written to remove these two kinds of sounds. If you are trying to remove something else someone will need to build a routine for you. Maybe some application does have a wind filter but I have not heard of one but then I don't do much editing. I guess you can just go into a wave editor like audigy and just start deleting info and see what happens.
Maybe you need to ask on those forums that said that would be easy to do.
