Updated for Windows 7 using GoldWave & Audible Download Manager. 10/11/2011
I have managed to get it working for Windows 7 x32. I will post a guide with everything. No searching for Programs, dlls, serial. It will be posted in a nice .winrar file. It will be extremely detailed, step by step. Their will never be torrents files, it will be linked to mediafire and 20 other file hosts. I promise that their will be no dead files.
I had a 2008 audible account that I purchase a copy of eragon audiobook. I wanted to remove the drm this year (2011) and saw this site and many others. However, with dead links and painful headaches trying to figure out everything and put everything together.I tried everything from using virtual cd burner using itunes (it works however it take just to long) from spam programs *claiming* that it will convert to mp3. Too much bullshit going on the internet and I decided to write updated guide for Windows 7 users.
Please be patient as I try to finish this guide. Will be posted I hope later this week
Thanks
P.S Finished converting eragon to .mp3.

Toxiclabs, thanks for your work on the guide. You simplified the process and docs are perfect on my Win 7 PC (Home Premium 64-bit).
The only issue I have is that it didn't work with Audible .aax files, the newer, higher quality file format. Any suggestions?
Thanks again.

Working great! Thank you!
Please add a note that this solution works only on Audible's formats 2 to 4 and does not work on the Enhanced (best quality) format. Took me a while to get it... ^_^
