HOW DO I ATTACH A RCA HEAD TO THE CABLE

What im trying to do if at all possibe is this.
I have speaker cable and at one end i want to attach a rca plug/head to put in my speaker,the other end is just a wire that i plug into amp.
So does anyone no how do i attach just the head to the cable,i have the heads and cable but no idea of how to attach them..
