How do I put a cassette onto the computer?

I have an important cassette that I would like to save onto the computer, can someone tell me how I can do that without losing any audio quality please? I have an older cassette player/recorder that has one speaker in it and I also have Audacity and EXPStudio Audio Editor that I use to make sound clips, can I use these? Thank you.
