How to mix audio

    Hi guys

    i am using sound forge 10 pro
    i am trying to mix 2 songs together but i am trying to add a effect

    if u go to 39/40 seconds it does this slow down effect. how do i do that? i want to change songs with that type of effect in the middle?

    can someone help please
