how to translate english movies (mkv files) in hindi

i m having mkv files movies in english i want to add hindi audio of same movies with good sound quality like aac.
from where will i get it and how will i add to it.

 

You need to rip them that way. Even if you had the sound track how are you going to sync it?

That was my question to you? Unless you have some very expensive equipment and probably a master video I do not think it is possible. You have to link each of the millions of audio frames with each of the millions of video frames. That would be a bit tedious to do by hand.
