Hello I have a 6 channel recording of a movie scene from Robocop, I would like to isolate ED209 voice alone and silence the screaming and other voices.

ED and the crowd noises are all on the same channel - I don't think it's doable.

You have been watching too much TV and movies so you think what they do there is doable in real life. Some can be done if you have a 20 million dollar facility dedicated to doing tricks like that. Otherwise the audio needs to be on different tracks unless you are removing white noise or static. Those have known characteristics and can be removed with a commonly used editor. Still someone spent time writing those routines.
