I got DirectCut because I need to make big audio mp3 files into two minutes mp3 files, but using the "Auto Cue" option of DirectCut produce 2 minute files chopped. How can I produce automatic files AROUND two minute files having the program decide its length according to the silences of the text? Thanks!
I do not know of any app that will do that. You have 2 types of chops. One is by time one is by silences of the text. You will need to do that manually unless you can find something smart enough to do what you want. It would be a useful feature. Maybe there is software that can do what you want. You ought to post your discovery here.
