Remove Squeeks & squawks from file

#1 04 Dec 2011 @ 14:23
I have several mp3 files that have numerous squeaks and squawks in them. The noise sounds like a bearing needs oiled or fingernails across slate. Is there a software package that could remove this noise?

CD rips. I was running out of room in my cabinet. I already had to clear out space for the vinyls.

Re-rip using better software. They are artifacts. I would use either EAC or dbPowerAmp. Doing it right will be much easier and produce a better product than trying to fix the audios.

What did you use to rip the CDs?
