I have several terabytes of H246 MP4 video with 2 audio tracks.
The 1st track contains a left and right channel.
The left channel is one language.
The right channel is a second language.
The 2nd track is a third language in the left channel.
What I need is to extract the left and right from track 1 as well as the left channel from track 2 and then save the 3 to separate tracks.
Example:
Video
Track 1: left-english mono, right-french mono
Track 2: left-spanish mono
New file:
Video
Track 1: English - left/right mono
Track 2: French - left/right mono
Track 3: Spanish - left/right mono
Is this possible with any current tools and if so how would I go about doing this?

It's possible - but for 'several terabytes' it would be time consuming.
You have to demux the video and audio into separate streams using the likes of YAMB.
Audacity can be use to load the first stereo audio track and split it into two mono streams.
Since devices send a mono streams to both speakers, you can simply select one stream and save it as a new mono track.
Repeat for the second stream.
Run YAMB and load the previously demuxed video plus the new audio streams then mux them to create a new video.
