so I got my easycap last week, i got the wii playing on it, i think it is a little too blurry when i put it in full screen and play it, right now, im only using video composite for it, i want to ask if the video quality will be better if i use s-video? I don't care about the recording, im not trying to record video with the easycap, i just want to play the wii on it, so will s-video help?
I just opened my VGA monitor cable with 15 pins
and i am seeing four brightly blue covered thick wires.(I opened these four thick blue wires and found each with a single silver wire along with the following colors BLUE, INVISIBLE, PINK AND GREEN)
Other than thoese four thick wires that include 2 wires inside each i found four thin wires of the following colors - ORANGE, WHITE, PURPLE, YELLOW and BLACK.
So my question to someone who is experienced in doing work with video/audio cables is "Which two of the above would i have to use to connect to video component cable?"
My apologies. The Wii does output S-video, but IMHO the difference between S-Video and composite is negligible, and the difference between Composite/S-Video and Progressive is only marginal.
You're running through a capture device, which isn't helping since it's doing a conversion.
