Hi. I have some videos recorded onto a dvd-r using Philips dvd recorder. How do I edit those videos--well, actually I wanted to trim them (removing some unwanted recordings)--using pc?

I use videoredotvsuite to edit DVD's. It is frame accurate and quick, also it won't loose any quality since it edits without reencoding. This works directly on VOB's and doesn't require too much knowledge of editing.
There are free editors mpeg2cut, avidemux that can edit vob's, but these require a learning curve, you would need to adjust framerates etc to keep the video/audio in sync.

I used the VideoReDo and just like you said, everything's running on smoothly! Thanks again, really appreciate it!
