Hi, all

I have used womble mpeg video wizard dvd for a very long time, it worked fine and helped me a lot. Now, I have came to a question and have no idea how to fix it.
I put video in the input monitor, and preview it in the output monitor in another frame, when i do an screenshot and paste it in PS, there's only part of the image in the input monitor, the output monitor is OK.
I then open the video only in the input monitor, screenshot again and paste in PS, the same result.

How can I fix this? I want the images are visible in both the two monitors.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
