I used total video converter to convert an MKV file to WMV thinking it would be high definition. 6 hours later I played the WMV on my 360 and it was rubbish. Picture was badly pixellated. Is there any way I can convert to lossless or near as from MKV to WMV? Any help is much appreciated.
Total is garbage on mkv but, to be fair, I never looked further, try Any Video Converter, free and does a far better job. I doubt HD but use a high bitrate, I just converted a mkv at 8000 and it was great quality plus the audio problems I had when converting the mkv were fixed: http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
