Plugging Camcorder into PC

    I want to plug my camcorder into my PC in order to capture a video and edit it on Windows Movie Maker. However, My PC does not have the proper port that my video cable can plug into. The camcorder cable has a plug that looks like a USB plug, but instead it is round on one end and v-shaped on the other. I'm not sure what it's called. Does anybody know what kind of adapter I need? Thanks.

    thanks so much. I found a USB to IEEE travel kit with 6 different adapters on ebay.
