Setting up the VirtualDub Frameserver

I am trying to set up the Frameserver of VirtualDub so i can use AviSynth. I activated the frameserver successfully but when I am trying to set a name for the freamserver; the "Start Framserver" option is in gray letters (not active). I am not sure what did i wrong. Any suggestions please.

You ran Auxsetup from the VirtualDub folder, then 'Install Handler'?
