Video conversion help

I have a ton of videos that I downloaded over time. These videos are around 500-600mb for 30 minute shows.

I wanted to convert them to say maybe around 300mb each file.
Is there an easy way to do this ? Any program that can be recommended. Batch processing would help a lot

 

Try AutoGK - you should be able to input the old .avi file and set a new output size.

There are batch utility add-ons available.
