   I have ripped a dvd to my hard drive. The dvd was damaged so there is an issue with the first few seconds of the movie. What software can I use to cut the first 30 seconds?

   Use DVD Shrink.
   1 Open the ripped files.
   2 Click 'Re-author'.
   3 Drag 'Title 1' from the right pane to the left pane.
   4/5 Select start and end frames
   6 Backup to a new folder.
