I am finishing up my first film, a documentary...and for some reason when I render down to .AVI there are many skips and errors (I was told to render uncompressed, .AVI.) However, rendering to .WMV is perfect!
My question is--I know .WMV is lower quality, but if I use the highest quaity .WMV render (WMV HD 8mbps), will it be good enough quality to show on the big screen, in a theater? Sure looks good on my 50" TV.
Please help this newbie.

There are some people at the Videohelp site who can offer advice when it comes to big screen display.
