I am trying to use the MPEG Video Wizard DVD to make video slideshows (with music) from my jpegs and when I get around a dozen or more jpegs with transitions inbetween, it runs very slowly, the playback feature skips like a broken record and sometimes it freezes altogether. I am doing this on two different computers, one fairly new and one pretty old. They both exceed the recommended system requirements as far as I can tell, except that the old one has only 224 MB of RAM, which is still above the minimum system requirements listed. Also the requirements say "Video Card with hardware video overlay acceleration" which I have no idea what that means or if my video card has it. I am planning to get more RAM for the old one if it will help, but the new one has 4 GB of RAM and it still won't work properly (though it doesn't crash like the old one).
I am not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to computers, so please help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
