    Hi,

I lived in Japan for many years and had a similar problem: Japanese computers couldn’t read French & Spanish accents because they were set to read only Japanese & English; French and Spanish words were turned into weird stuff. My guess is that you should change the settings of your PC so that it can read Korean language; then when you burn the video onto a DVD disk, the subtitles will be just another image the video player will read.

Let me know if my answer helped, and good luck.

    Oudis.
